I recently stayed at a hotel in Hokkaido and had a fantastic experience. the attention to detail was remarkable. The staff prepared the futons in the Japanese style room in the evening, creating a cozy and authentic atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near all the points of interest, making it easy to explore the area. Lastly, the hotel provided a delicious buffet breakfast with a wide variety of choices, including local seafood and dairy products.
My stay at this hotel was wonderful.

The hotel staff were incredibly hospitable and made us feel at home throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, from the moment we checked in to the moment we left. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with everything clean and well-maintained. Plus, the location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful surroundings, like Lake Mashu and Mount Kamui hiking trail.
Not a single thing could dampen our experience at this hotel.

Had a great Christmas stay in a Japanese style room. The futons were a highlight and made for a comfortable sleep. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even recommending a delicious seafood restaurant near the hotel. Best of all, the hotel was conveniently located close to all the key attractions.
The rooms were a bit on the pricey side and there was no dinner service provided by the hotel. However, it wasn't a big deal since the location was convenient to several dining options.

Great location and amazing seafood My partner and I stayed in a Japanese-style room with futons, which was a unique experience for us. the hotel was located near many points of interest and parking was easy to find nearby. We loved trying the local seafood recommended by the friendly staff, it was absolutely delicious. the view of the bay from our room was breathtaking and made for a romantic setting.
Disappointing service and noisy room Unfortunately, the hotel heaters were incredibly noisy and made it difficult for us to sleep. despite putting the "do not disturb" sign on our door, the cleaning staff still entered the room which was a bit of an invasion of our privacy.

This hotel is conveniently situated in the town centre with excellent access to parking just across the street. the Aeon shopping mall is also nearby. the Japanese style rooms were spotlessly clean and well equipped with chairs and tables. the friendly staff helped make the stay relaxing and enjoyable.
The heaters in the rooms were a bit noisy, which might cause discomfort to some guests.

This hotel was perfect for our needs as rent a car tourists. The location was ideal, close to the JR station and within walking distance of the town centre and Aeon shopping mall. There was also parking available directly across the street, which was convenient. The breakfast included a great selection of local specialties, including delicious local crab and rhubarb sauce for the yoghurt, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Nothing that we didn't like.
